This is the day...

....and the day is Friday.  At 4:30 it will be my favorite day of the week.  Peter Cottontail is on his way Sunday, but I will be headed to brunch.  I hope to see him there. 

It's a beautiful day today.  The sun is out and I get to see a good friend tonight.  I often think about the friends I have held onto throughout the years.  I also think about the ones I've lost and wonder where they are now in life.  It's funny what life does and where it takes you.  At the end of the day, I'd rather have 5 good friends than 50 acquaintances. 

So I will sit and ponder life for a bit while I listen to this....
